Practicalities

• Cameras are available in North Korea but only with lenses up until 250mm
• Tour in North Korea is always provided with local guides. Every guide has a very professional attitude to his/her work and guarantees your safety together with providing you with deeper insights about North Korea.
• Please, bring only cash with you, either EUR or RMB which are the accepted currencies that can be exchanged to North Korean won
• North Korea is not an expensive country, for a week trip €250 or 2500RMB should be sufficient for the ‘average’ traveller (excluding accommodation)
• Tips & gifts! Feel free to give tips in North Korea and especially to your tour guides. 
• Cell phone, smartphone, tablet, e-reader and laptop are all possible to bring to North Korea
• Please, be respectful to the laws in North Korea and your tour guides
